Midnight Visions

Spectral images,
Imbued in the depths of night’s silence
Calling from sleep like a crystal vision
Like the sea and the night merging in azure reaches of deep meditation
These visions,
Encapsulated in the vivid dreams of thoughts unplayed out
And fighting for manifestation
Finding expression here and there through the cracks of mind’s eternity
The spirit of unfettered emotions,
Gliding across moonlit lakes in this place of midnight dreams
And fading in the piercing sunrise of daylight’s tyranny.
